Milan Štelcl

In the past, he managed and organized CNC machine production, optimized manufacturing processes, designed and produced automated equipment, and focused on testing and evaluating proposed methods. Thanks to high-quality and efficient work, he gained customers from demanding industries such as automotive, energy, marine vessels, vacuum technology, and more. For the marine industry, he managed demanding orders, including material testing and production under the supervision of acceptance inspectors from companies like Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas. For LMP1 (Hypercar) race cars, he organized the production of newly developed parts. He has been involved with nanomaterials since 2013.

We offer:

  • We specialize in the additive technology of Cold Spray, modification of extremely stressed parts using ASF and LSP methods.

  • We focus on reducing the weight of parts and strengthening materials.

  • We operate a mobile lab right at the track and in the bivouac.

We can also offer the application of metal coatings on composite materials – fibrous, flaked, and HDP. Protection against oxidation at high temperatures + improvement of tribological properties. Non-corrosive and antioxidant coatings, as well as thermal barriers. Insulating or superconductive thermal and electrical coatings.

The toughest races—Rally Dakar: our products and modifications have been used there for 6 years, and we’ve taken part 3 times as a service team supporting multiple racing teams. We’ve completed over 120 applications on Dakar race vehicles across different categories.

We also provide technical support directly at the track throughout the entire EURO NASCAR series. For our work, we use the most advanced technologies and focus on maximum precision and attention to detail.

Inspection, Laboratory, Development, and Testing

We repeatedly check the results of our work.

We use both our own lab and our partners’ laboratories. We work with advanced microscopy, including SEM and TEM, metallography, various types of spectroscopy, strength and hardness testing, 2D and 3D measurements, tribological testing, and chemistry.

We also specialize in vibration, thermal, and acoustic diagnostics.

We design testing methods. Simulations of external conditions on the product – thermal and climatic tests, thermal shocks, corrosion and vibration tests. Simulations of various processes in terms of friction, wear, and strength of components.

We conduct retrospective analyses and identify causes of defects. We have been collecting data from various races, from Dakar to circuit racing for cars and motorcycles, for years. We collaborate with scientists, leading universities, and industry experts.

We design solutions, changes, and modifications that we can implement immediately.

We work on racing machines that have won World Championships and set the absolute world speed record.
